Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges & Returns
- The return request must be made within 14 days of the day you received your item(s). No returns will be allowed after 14 days have passed after the day the item(s) were delivered. Once we receive the returned item, we will process all returns and issue reimbursements within 5 business days.
- Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached (they cannot be taken off), and in its original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
- You can get in touch with us at support@fasiy.com to begin a return. We'll email you instructions on how and where to deliver your package if your return is accepted. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.
Issues & Damages
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective, so we can look into it and make it right.
Items that are exempt or not returnable
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on freebies, gift cards, or final sale products.
- Due to hygienic concerns, swimwear, a type of personal clothing, cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is given to you damaged or defective.
- Final Sale items and accessories cannot be returned unless they were delivered to you damaged or defective. Jewelry, handbags, hats, belts, scarves, watches, sunglasses, pins, stockings, bow ties, leggings, ties, and other items are examples of accessories.

Sending an email to support@fasiy.com to Fasiy customer care is the quickest approach to make sure you get what you want.
Refunds
Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.

Additional Information
- You are liable for the shipping costs incurred if you decide you don't like the item you purchased, or you make the incorrect choice. So before making a purchase, please double-check the product details, especially the sizing chart. We are really grateful for your patience.
- Please be aware that, unless the item is broken or defective when delivered to you, the package is lost or damaged, etc., we will not reimburse the shipping charges and/or any customs and taxes paid.
- Kindly avoid returning anything to the address on your shipment. This won't help with processing your return because it's not the return address. The returned goods will be received and processed at our American after-sales warehouse. We are now working to establish more return warehouses in other nations.
The promotional discount is applied proportionately to each item when buying goods as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) deal. The promotional discount is based on the lowest-cost item. Your refund will be reduced to the discounted amount for each item if you decide to return any of the merchandise.
Return policy for Cyber Monday and Black Friday
No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for any items placed using one of our Black Friday or Cyber Monday discount codes; only store credit returns will be accepted. An item that is designated as a final sale cannot be returned in any way once you purchase it. No past orders are eligible for price modifications from us.
